East Delph Lakes

East Delph Lakes is a very special place, beautifully mature and home to some truly stunning carp. Run by carp anglers for carp anglers with the feel of an exclusive country retreat.

The majority of Back Lake carp were stocked in 1994. These dark heavily-scaled mirrors, long commons, ghosties and koi are wonderfully characterful with plenty over 20lb and a few over 30lb.

Enjoying the good stocking level, the Front Lake is full of young English carp. The quality of these fish is phenomenal and their growth rates extraordinary. Many are now over 20lb with a lake record of 30lb+.

The Long Lake has the highest stocking level. 2021 is the first year it’s fully open. Plenty of immaculate, pristine and previously uncaught carp are present, and the mystery of how big the larger fish are remains to be discovered.
