3 lakes and 3 holiday cottages set in the north devon countryside with excellent access the the north devon coastline and surrounding areas. float lake containing a large head of tench, crucians and small common and mirror carp, willow lake containing over 1000 carp to 20lbs, roach and rudd to 2lbs, bream to over 7lbs, perch over 4lbs, tench, barbel and chubb, fir tree lake containing large carp over 35 20’s, approaching 30lbs.
