Falkenvil Fishery is situated in the heart of East Sussex between the towns of Hailsham and Eastbourne. The fishery is one of the largest coarse fisheries in the county and consists of five heavily stocked lakes which provide superb fishing for novice fishermen, more experienced anglers, specimen hunters and match anglers. Falkenvil Fishery is a day ticket venue open to everyone. Anglers have the benefit of a large car park, flushing toilet facilities and easy access to the fishing lakes. Specimen Lake is 2 acres in size with the average depth of 2.5 metres. Swims must be reserved in advance. Fishing outside map swim boundary is only permitted if adjacent swim is unoccupied. Species that can be found at Falkenvil Fishery – Main Lake are common carp, mirror carp, grass carp and catfish.
