Colony Lakes is located near South Benfleet in Essex. The fishery comprises four lakes with a good stock of mixed coarse fish including Carp, Pike, Roach, and Tench. The Piggeries are two small but mature lakes containing bream to twelve pounds, carp to seventeen with a good head of tench to nine pounds. Both the piggeries contain excellent roach and a number of true crucians. The biggest perch caught was just on three pounds. There are also Pike. The Lagoon contains carp into the thirties, good tench, perch bream, and roach; plus one or two pikes to upper doubles.
