Tylers Common has been established 13 years and has already established a reputation as one of the premier commercial fisheries in the southeast attracting many famous vistors such as Bob Nudd, Matt Hayes and Alex Bones, to sample the superb fishing on offer.
The fishery has featured in dozens of magazine articles from specimen Bream angling to prolific winter match fishing.
At Tylers you can catch 3lb Roach to 30lb Carp, 9lb Barbel to 12lb Bream or 200 lbs+ bags of carp off the surface.
There are brick built flush toilet facilities on site.
Refreshments are available at weekends.
There are 4 lakes on this beautifully landscaped 25 acre site.
Night Fishing is NOT permitted at Tylers Common Fishery.
Strictly no fish are to be removed from any of our lakes, those who do will be prosecuted.

Barbless Hooks only permitted
Ground Bait a max of 1kg per person
Keepnets are only allowed in organised matches
Keepnets must be a minimum of 10ft
No fish to be retained for longer than 6 hours.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No dogs are allowed on the fishery at any time.
All persons entering on to or parking at Tylers Common Fishery do so at their own risk.

Willow and Ash are very similar with 25 permanent pegs on each and depths from two feet in the margins to five feet, seven metres from the bank.
The highest winning 6 hour match weight to date is 426lbs 4oz, mostly Carp and Tench .
Current Lake Stock
Is a unique 60 pegs lake, with depths from 2 feet to 5 feet.
Each peg has it’s own island to fish to 15 metres from the bank , making this avery fair match venue.
Winning match weights to 395lbs a variety of fish, Roach, Rudd, Crucians,Tench, Bream, Perch, Carp, Barbel and some Ornamental Fantails. Perch to over 4lb and Carp exceeding 20lb.
Current Lake Stock
This specimen lake is 4 acres in size and has two islands, it varies in depth from two feet in the margins to five feet 7 metres from the bank. There are 38 pegs.
Biggest carp so far of 31lb 8oz.
Curent Lake Stock
Stretham Lake is a very mature lake of 2½ acres with lillypads rushes and shrubs around the lake which is over 35 years old.
There are 31 swims, 1-18 are in the deeper end averaging 12-14 feet while pegs 19-31 average about 5 feet.
There is also a stretch of the Old West River adjacent to the lake which can also be fished on the day ticket.
The lake holds a good head of specimen fish with:

Tench 10 lbs+
Bream 11 lbs
Roach 2 lbs 10oz
Rudd 3 lbs+
Pike 26 lbs
Perch to 4lbs
