Hunters Lodge Fishery

Hunters Lodge Fishery, Elsham, Brigg, North Lincolnshire is a four lake fishery complex situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
We have 3 specimen carp Lakes, Willows, Kestrel and Kingfisher boasting carp over 30lb, and 1 Silver fish lake stocked with a variety of different species (incl small Carp, Ide, Rudd, Bream, Barbel, Tench, Roach, Chub).

Night fishing is available on all ponds and toilet facilities are available.

On site is a shop where you can purchase refreshments, including Hot and cold sandwiches, drinks and snacks. please check out our Café page.

We also stock many of the essentials you require for your fishing experience, including NASH, FOX, TRAKKER, KORDA, PROLOGIC, GARDENER,30+ and MIDDY. We also stock Maggots and Worms.

Heron is our Coarse Fish Lake. It is stocked with a wide variety of species to suit all anglers. Fish stocks include Tench, Ide, Bream, Chub, Barbel, Rudd, Perch, Crucian Carp and Small Carp. There are 19 pegs with many being suitable for disabled access as parking is adjacent to the peg.
No booking is required.

Kestrel is a specimen Carp lake which contains Ghost, Mirror and Common Carp. The lake record currently stands at 32lb 9oz.
Kestrel is booking only with six defined pegs. A maximum of six anglers are allowed at any one time, so if you are planning to fish with a friend from the same peg you must book two pegs side by side. If you arrive and have not booked please call in the cabin or call us so we can check availability.

Kestrel is harder fishing than our other specimen carp lakes, however you are more likely to be rewarded with a larger specimen as the average weight is higher.

We regularly remove Silver fish from Kestrel. This will help to keep our Carp healthy and increase in size. All our lakes are fed by natural spring water which ensures a continual flow of fresh water, helping to maintain a healthy environment for our fish.

Kingfisher is our newest Specimen Carp lake which is also stocked with Ghost, Mirror and Common Carp. The lake record currently stands at 25lb 2oz.
Kingfisher is also booking only with four defined pegs. A maximum of four anglers are allowed at any one time so if you are planning on fishing with a friend from the same peg you must book two pegs side by side.

Willows is one of our three specimen Carp lakes which contains Ghost, Mirror, and Common Carp. The lake record currently stands at 28lb 2oz.
Willows is now fully booking with seven defined pegs. There is a maximum of seven anglers allowed at any one time, so if you are planning to fish with a friend from the same peg you must book two pegs side by side.

Willows is a runs water that fishes well in both summer and winter, so if it’s a bend in the rod you are after this is the ideal water for you.

We regularly remove Silver fish from Willows. This will help to keep our Carp healthy and encourage them increase in size.
