Willow Lake at the fishing complex was created in 2001 and serves as the newest match venue. It runs parallel to peg numbers 1-16 of Railway Lake and features convenient facilities for anglers. A portakabin has been installed at Willow Lake, offering two rooms for the use of clubs fishing both Railway and Willow lakes. This portakabin is located on the right side of the bridge when entering the complex.
In terms of stocking, Willow Lake boasts a good variety of fish, with Carp being the predominant species ranging in size from 2 to 10 pounds. This ensures that anglers can enjoy a diverse angling experience and have the opportunity to catch fish of different weights.
The peg layout of Willow Lake is designed in a banana shape, and each peg is equipped with fishing platforms for ease of access and comfortable fishing. The lake has an average depth of 10 feet, and at a distance of 6 meters from the bank, the water depth typically ranges from 6 to 8 feet.
The lake derives its name from the presence of numerous Willow trees planted between the pegs, creating a picturesque and scenic environment for anglers. Additionally, the marginal reeds have flourished, adding to the natural beauty of the lake.
Overall, Willow Lake provides a modern match fishing venue with well-stocked Carp and thoughtful peg layouts, offering anglers an enjoyable and productive fishing experience.
