Fishery Information

Mill Farm, located in North Norfolk, was originally established as a family home in 1981. In the 1990s, it was developed into a successful fishery and camping venue known as Mill Farm Fishery, Caravan & Camping. However, following otter predation of specimen fish and the owner’s health challenges, maintaining the unfenced fishery became difficult. As a result, the lakes were left to balance with nature.

The visionary proprietor of Mill Farm, Maurice Moore, sadly passed away in 2017. However, his legacy of sharing the picturesque site with others continues. Visitors to Mill Farm can still appreciate the engineering creations left behind by Maurice.

To better align with the current offerings and activities, the site is undergoing rejuvenation and rebranding as Mill Farm Camping. While the opportunity for a challenging and natural wild fishing experience still exists and is included in the pitch fees (requiring an NRA license), it’s important to note that the waters are currently not stocked or managed as a fishery. The focus is on providing camping facilities and creating an enjoyable camping experience for guests.
