Colwick Country Park

Colwick’s smaller West Lake offers an excellent opportunity for coarse fishing. It is stocked with carp, including some recently transferred to the lake weighing up to 36 pounds, providing an exciting angling experience.

In addition to fishing, the lake is also utilized for canoeing and sailing activities by the Adventure Centre, adding to the recreational options available at the site.

Colwick offers various ticket options to cater to different preferences, which can be obtained from the lodge. The coarse fishing season runs throughout the year, ensuring that anglers can enjoy their favorite pastime regardless of the time of year.
