Iremongers Pond, managed by the Iremongers Pond Association (IPA), is a serene and picturesque location that offers both fishing and recreational opportunities for visitors. The pond is under the control of the Iremongers Pond Fishing Club starting from April 1st, 2022.
To fish at the pond, individuals need to be fully paid-up members of the Iremongers Pond Fishing Club and hold the required National Anglers License. The Head Bailiff, whose contact details can be obtained from the club, will provide more information regarding fishing activities at the pond.
The parkland surrounding the pond, excluding the path enclosing the pond, is maintained by the Iremongers Pond Association and its dedicated team of volunteers. This parkland provides a tranquil setting for leisurely walks, accommodating walkers, pushchairs, and dog walkers.
Anglers and visitors are expected to adhere to both national and pond-specific rules and regulations, which will be strictly enforced. By following these guidelines, everyone can enjoy the peaceful ambiance of Iremongers Pond while engaging in their preferred activities.
