Fishery Information

Witham Friary Lake in Somerset is a great place to go fishing. It has two lakes that are about 3 acres big, with easy access and plenty of parking for fishermen.

The fishing here is really good, with lots of fish like roach, perch, and carp. The lakes are leased for fifteen years, so there are high hopes for even better fishing in the future.

To make the fishing even better, the lakes have been stocked with lots of fish. In 2017, the bottom lake got 2700 tench and true crucians, and the big lake got 1700+ rudd, roach, bream, and carp.

Witham Friary is a peaceful place with great fishing opportunities, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun and successful fishing trip in the Somerset countryside.
