The Association proudly manages a restricted section of the scenic River Dove at Draycott Mill, offering exclusive access solely to its members. Day tickets are not offered, ensuring a private and serene fishing experience. Conveniently, a designated parking area is available just a short distance of approximately 100 meters from the riverbank.

This particular stretch of the River Dove caters to both coarse and game anglers, providing a diverse range of fishing opportunities. The primary species that can be encountered here are chub and trout, boasting impressive sizes on average. Additionally, there are occasional sightings of barbel, roach, dace, grayling, perch, pike, and eels, adding further variety to the fishing experience. The angling activities organized by the WAA commence upstream, starting from the railway bridge.
