Hurston Lane

Hurston Lane Fishery is a beautiful fishing venue consisting of three separate ponds. It was acquired with the assistance of a Sports Council Lottery Grant and was inaugurated by Bob James, known for his appearance on the TV show “Passion for Angling,” in September 2000. The fishery is located near Storrington and offers a peaceful and sheltered setting, attracting many of our members.

The ponds at Hurston Lane Fishery have been carefully stocked to cater to a variety of angling preferences. Whether you’re a pleasure angler, a specimen hunter, or a match angler, you’ll find suitable opportunities here. The fishery has undergone extensive management efforts and significant restocking, ensuring a diverse and thriving fish population.
