Candy Corner Fisheries is a complex of coarse fishing lakes situated on the outskirts of Doncaster in South Yorkshire.

AJ’s lake is a 45 peg match lake, also called the ‘main lake’ it is the largest of our 4 lakes and ponds. Features include floating islands, established lily beds, overhanging willow trees, all designed to attract and hold fish at certain times of the year.

From Sheffield

Use the Parkway (A630) to reach the M1, follow the M1 southbound to the M18 then head toward Doncaster on the M18. Leave the M18 at Junction 3 and take the Great Yorkshire Way until you reach Hurst Lane roundabout at Auckley close to Robin Hood Airport. Take your first exit off this roundabout onto Hurst Lane, follow this road until you come to its end (car garage on your left) then turn right onto the B1396. Follow the B1396 until you come into Blaxton and a roundabout. Take the second exit and go straight over this roundabout and continue out of Blaxton. Once out of Blaxton take the next Left at the crossroads onto Wroot Road. Candy Corner is 2 miles down Wroot Road on the left.

From Doncaster

Take the A638 or A18 and follow signs for the A638 toward Bawtry. From the A638 take a left hand turn onto the B1396 toward Cantley and Blaxton. Pass over the M18, through Auckley and Blaxton. Take a left turn onto Wroot Road shortly after you exit Blaxton. Candy Corner Fisheries is on the left-hand side 2 miles down this road.
