The lake is clear and between 5 and 6 feet deep, with various features like bars, gullies, and weed beds.

There is also a 10 acre lake that is part of a 20 person syndicate, which is deeper in some areas and has similar features to the main lake. Additionally, there are two smaller match lakes at the back of the complex, perfect for beginners or casual anglers. These lakes have Carp up to low doubles, a good number of Tench, and plenty of silver fish.
