Ham Pool in Gloucestershire is a beautiful lake surrounded by Lily pads. It is part of the South Cerney Angling Club and is home to a variety of fish including Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Crucian’s, Perch, Pike and Bream. Some of the fish are quite large, with Carp reaching nearly 40 pounds, Bream and Tench in double figures, and Pike up to 30 pounds. There are also good sized Roach, Perch and Crucian Carp in the lake.
The lake is about 8 acres in size and has an average depth of 12 feet. There are some shallow areas near the edges of the lake. Many of the fishing spots can be reached by car. There are toilets and showers on site, with wheelchair access. The lake also has a licensed clubhouse and bar called “The Fisherman’s Rest”.
