The lakes at Purple Badger have been around for over 40 years, previously known as Spring Grange Fisheries or the lakes at Beeby. The coarse lake was originally used for irrigation and now holds roach, perch, tench, and smaller carp. The top lake, with a central island covered in trees and bushes, is home to carp up to 25lbs, rudd, and roach.
