About Heath Lake – Warmwell
Heath Lake is a fishing spot in Warmwell, Dorset. It is only for members of the Dorchester and District Angling Society. You can catch Carp, Bream, Tench, Roach, Pike, and Eel here. The fishing season is from 16 June to 14 March, and also from 15 March to 15 June if the committee allows it. Fishing is allowed from 6.30 am to 10.00 pm or one hour after sunset, whichever comes first.
To get to Heath Lake, use the B3390 road. If the barrier on the site road is locked, use the combination lock provided by DDAS. Drive 400 yards and turn left into the DDAS car park entrance. Park only in the designated area. Walk down the track past Warmwell Leisure Resort, and the lake will be on your right. Lock the gates behind you at all times.
Remember to keep the bridleway clear and be careful of site traffic when leaving. Parking in other areas is not allowed. Follow these instructions to enjoy a day of fishing at Heath Lake.
