About River Dove
The WAA manages a beautiful section of the River Dove in Staffordshire at Draycott Mill. This area is only open to members, so it’s a private and peaceful place to fish. You can’t buy day tickets here, but there’s a parking area about 100 meters away from the riverbank.
This part of the River Dove is great for both coarse and game fishing. You can catch chub and trout, which are usually pretty big. Sometimes you might also find barbel, roach, dace, grayling, perch, pike, and eels here. The fishing starts upstream from the railway bridge.
