The first lake is three acres in size with two islands and many fishing spots. The second lake is seven acres with islands and features. The third lake is two acres and is designed for match anglers, with similar fishing spots and islands. Members have keys to access the lakes through a secure gate. There are parking spaces near the lakes and toilets available on site.

The two larger lakes have Carp up to 25lbs, Barbel up to 9lbs, Chub up to 5lbs, Tench up to 5lbs, Roach up to 2lbs, Rudd up to 3lbs, Perch up to 4lbs, and Bream up to 4lbs. The match lake is stocked with F1-Crucian Hybrid and Tench up to 4lbs, perfect for silver fish anglers.
