About Keston Ponds

Keston Ponds in Kent is a natural water source fed by a spring. It is said to have Carp that weigh over 30 pounds. The top lake has small fish and good-sized Carp, but it is covered in a lot of weeds. The middle lake is the biggest, but it is surrounded by wide lily beds with only two spots to fish from on opposite sides of the lake next to the road. The leftmost spot (from the road) is where you can find Tench fish. There are a couple of spots with good access for disabled anglers on the left side of the lake by the road. If you enjoy fishing for Carp or Tench, this pond could be a good spot for you. There is easy parking on the road next to the middle pond or in the car park off the A233.
