About Dovecote Lake
The Dovecote Lake in Buckinghamshire is a great place for fishing. You can catch Carp, Bream, Tench, Roach, Perch, and Pike here. In the past few years, the club has added over 350 Carp to the lake, many of which are special Dinks/Leney crosses from Priory Fisheries. These Carp have grown big, with some now weighing over 20lbs and even some over 30lbs. One particularly impressive Carp, called “One Eye”, has been caught multiple times, with its biggest recorded weight being just over 50lbs.
The lake is easy to access and is open for fishing all year round.
