About Brick Farm Lakes Trout Fishery
Brick Farm Lakes in East Sussex is a popular trout fishing spot that is open to everyone all year round. You don’t need to book in advance to come and fish here. There is a cozy lodge near Brick Lake where you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, stay warm and dry, and use the clean toilets.
There are three lakes here, with a total of about 4 acres of water. We regularly stock these lakes with rainbow, blue, and brown trout, ranging in size from 1.5lb to over 10lb. We are known for offering affordable fishing experiences in a beautiful countryside setting.
We are open from 7.30am until 8.00pm, seven days a week. The last chance to cast your line is 15 minutes before closing time. We are especially welcoming to young anglers, allowing juniors (16 and under) to fish using their guardian’s ticket. This helps families save money and encourages younger anglers to get involved in the sport.
If you don’t have your own fishing gear, don’t worry. We offer rod hire and have a small selection of essential items available for purchase, such as leader, flies, and priests. We are excited to meet you and help you enjoy a day of fishing at Brick Farm Lakes. Annie and Steven are looking forward to welcoming you soon.
