About Blackberry Pool
Blackberry Pool is a beautiful spring-fed lake in Cambridgeshire surrounded by trees and lilies. It’s a peaceful spot that doesn’t see many anglers, so the fish can be easily caught in the shallow areas. The lake is 1½ acres in size and is located near Peterborough and Huntingdon.
The lake has only been lightly fished in recent years, so there are plenty of carp to catch. There are about 15 carp ranging from mid to high twenties, and in 2013 more carp were added to the lake, weighing up to 21lb. The lake opened for bookings in 2014, and those who have fished there have had great success catching carp up to mid-twenties in size.
Up to 2 anglers can fish on the lake exclusively for a minimum of 48 hours per session.
