Macc Canal in Cheshire has a section of fishing spots from bridges 68 to 66. There are about 30 spots where you can catch perch, roach, gudgeon, ruffe, tench, and sometimes carp, barbel, or bream. There is no parking right by the canal, so you can park on St Johns Road or Pirie Road, making sure not to block anyone’s driveway. To get to the canal, cross Buxton Road and go down the steps to the towpath. Our fishing area is on the left after you walk under the bridge.
