Fishing is allowed on the Trent and Mersey Canal in Cheshire from Stoke Basin to Wedgewood locks. You can fish from the towing path only and must stay at least 30 meters away from any overhead power lines. Make sure to follow all warning signs.
If you want to fish between bridges 111 and 108, you can buy a day ticket for £4.00 (£1.50 for kids) from Dolphin Tackle or Rowleys Tackle. Remember to purchase your ticket before you start fishing.
No fires, guns, or littering are allowed while fishing. Only full members and associate member night permit holders can fish at night.
