About Walrow Ponds

Warlow Ponds in Somerset is a fishing spot with a long history. The ponds were made by digging up clay in the early 1900s. They are owned by Bridgwater Angling Association and Highbridge Angling Association.

Since 1989, Bridgwater Angling Association has been working to make the ponds better. There are three lakes: Railway, Snag, and Factory. Snag Lake is great for match-style fishing with lots of fish to catch. The other lakes are good for catching carp, but match anglers can also have fun there.

Warlow Ponds are taken care of by both Bridgwater Angling Association and Highbridge Angling Association. They work together to keep the ponds in good shape for all the anglers who visit.
