The South Lake is 3.5 acres in size and has 125 Leney carp, as well as tench, pike, eels, and perch. The North Lake is 4.5 acres and has 35 carp, with plans to increase the number to 50. Both lakes have parking and access via a gravel track off Harvil road.

To fish at the lakes, members must text their name, car registration, session duration, and lake choice to a booking line. Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave. Fishing rules include maximum rod limits, reporting lost tackle, and being considerate of other anglers.
