The Bingley stretch of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal in Yorkshire is about 3 miles long, from Dowley Gap Top Lock to Swine Lane Bridge. You can find a variety of fish here, including Roach, Bream, Skimmers, Carp up to 25lb+, Perch, Gudgeon, Ide, Chub, and Pike (mostly Jacks). This is a mixed fishery and you can fish here all year round.
If you want to use a second rod for Carp Fishing in one spot, you’ll need to get an Annual Carp Permit from the Club Secretary first. Make sure to follow “The Waterway Code” and don’t block the towpath.
