About River Hull
The Association has the fishing rights for two parts of the River Hull in Yorkshire. One stretch is downstream of Bethell’s Bridge, near Brandesburton Ponds, extending to Hempholme Pumping Station. The other stretch is upstream on the same side of the river. Signs show where you can fish.
Please do not fish in front of the house at the bridge or bother any boat owners. You can park behind the house over the bridge.
This is a good place to fish for roach, especially in the winter. Other fish you might catch include Ide, Pike, Bream, Perch, Chub, Dace, and Rudd.
You need a permit to fish here, and fishing is allowed from 5am to 10pm.
